These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to use of www.milkybusiness.com and www.courses.milkybusiness.com. Engaging with Milky Business is defined by the booking of a consultation, purchasing a product or utilising either website.

These terms and conditions may vary from time to time, without notice. You are welcome to enquire about any term or condition that may impact upon your specific situation. This is your responsibility to contact Milky Business directly. On these sites you may be advised that special guidelines or rules apply, and these form part of the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all users, whether or not the registration process has been completed

Pricing:

Milky Business reserves the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services, and to correct errors in the pricing contained in our catalogue or in a quote to you. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill services at old or erroneous prices.

Location:

All consultations are conducted from a private premises in Berkeley Vale, NSW. Please note that unfortunately toilet facilities are unavailable for clients.

Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours, but greater than 24 hours are eligible to be rebooked without an additional fee. If the client chooses not to rebook then 50% of the consultation fee is payable. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the consultation is not refundable if paid in advance, or full appointment fee is payable within 7 days if only a deposit has been paid.  

For virtual consultations, full payment is required on booking of consultation. For face to face consultations, a minimum of 50% deposit is payable on booking and full payment is required at the end of an individual consultation.

Milky Business operates Monday to Friday 08:00- 16:00 hours. Consultations that include ongoing text and email support are welcome to text the contact number provided for support at any hour, however replies will only be sent during operating hours or at Milky Businesses discretion. Replies will be sent within 24 hours. This service is not an on-call service and urgent medical advice should be sought if necessary.

Products/services:

Certain products or services may have limited quantities. Every effort has been made to display accurately, the colour and items listed in our store. We do not guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour to be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products and services to any person, geographic reason or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All descriptions of products or services are subject to change at any time without notice, at our discretion.

Digital products: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds are only available where the product/service is faulty. Refunds are not available due to change of mind or an expectation of the product that was not in line with the description. All digital products come with detailed descriptions with inclusions, topic outlines, supporting documents if relevant and the expected outcome for the consumer. If you are unsure if a product is fit for your needs it is the consumers responsibility to contact Milky Business for clarification. If purchase is made without clarifying or following clarification with the expectation outside of the response given, refunds will not be provided. Milky Business is not registered as a RTO and cannot certify consumers through online courses, but can provide education and certificates claimable towards an individuals continuing professional development.

Return product policy:

Our policy is valid for 28 days. If 28 days have surpassed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange on any physical item. All eligible returns must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Some items listed in the Milky Business store cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons if you have changed your mind. Gift certificates and online courses are non-refundable. You must return the item with proof of purchase, within 28 days and in the condition listed above to be eligible for a refund. Milky Business is not responsible for any return postage costs incurred to the individual. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so tracking is advisable. If a product has signs of use, been opened, not in original packaging, is damaged, or returned later than 28 days from purchase a refund will not be given. You will be notified by email the outcome of your refund whether approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applies to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Refunds are not available for sale items. Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Contact Hello@MilkyBusiness.com if you require an exchange.

Shipping policy:

Milky Business will try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. If a stock discrepancy occurs, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking or if you would prefer a refund. Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Items will be posted within 3-5 business days of an order being placed. We do not hold responsibility for transit times as this varies greatly depending on the courier selected and your geographical region. Express postage is the method of shipping you choose, it does not mean that orders are prioritised and expedited by us sooner than others.

We will ship the item to the address listed. This can be changed up until the point of dispatch. If tracking is included, the tracking link will be sent to you so you are able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the courier. International shipments are not currently available on orders. Contact customer service for an inquiry. GST has been applied to items listed on our website. For parcels damaged in transit, a refund or replacement will be provided as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim. From time to time parcels may be lost in transit. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted and investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
